Chaos Industries, a tech company focused on defense and critical industry technologies, has raised $145 million in Series B funding, bringing its total funding to $215 million. This round was led by Accel, with support from 8VC, Overmatch Ventures, Lerner Enterprises, and current investors.

The company plans to use this funding to develop advanced detection, monitoring, and communication solutions for defense, government, and commercial sectors. It will also speed up product development, expand hiring, and scale up manufacturing.

Founded in 2022 by John Tenet, Dr. Bo Marr, Gavin Hood, and Brett Cummings, Chaos Industries is a tech company focused on defense and critical industry solutions. Using an engineering-driven approach, it provides engineers with tools to solve real-world challenges.

Currently, Chaos Industries is developing a product line called Coherent Distributed Networks™, designed for high-performance sensors and effectors.

The first product in this line, Vanquish™, is a versatile radar system that offers early warning and tracking for drones, missiles, and aircraft.

The company recently appointed former U.S. Congressman and CIA veteran Will Hurd as its Chief Strategy Officer.
