Ashby, a provider of a recruiting platform, secures $30million in series C round funding. Lachy Groom led the round, which raised a total of $70 million. Elad Gil, F-Prime, Y Combinator, and current clients also participated.

The money will be used by the business to carry out firm growth and product development.
Benjamin Encz and Abhik Pramanik founded Ashby in 2018, offering a hiring platform that scales from startup to enterprise.

The software unifies the entire recruitment workflow into a single system, powers AI capabilities that enhances efficiency and personalisation, and forms the basis for workflows.

After coming out of stealth mode for their Series B announcement in September 2022, the company has expanded to serve over 1,300 clients, ranging from rapidly expanding startups to some large corporations employing more than 18,000 people.
